All four, similarly sized bedrooms are air-conditioned, have ceiling fans and have airy high ceilings.

Upper ground floor: two bedrooms: one king-sized bed, one twin-bedded, both with breath-taking sea views through french windows opening onto the balcony. Both have walk-in wardrobes/dressing rooms; and en-suite shower rooms comprising walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, wash hand basin with shaver point.

Lower ground floor: two twin-bedded rooms, one of which can easily be made into a king-sized double bed (please advise when booking); one has a walk-in wardrobe as above, the other has an open-fronted wardrobe in the dressing area of the bedroom. Again, both have wonderful sea views through french windows opening onto the portico and upper terrace. Each has an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point.

A cot bed with appropriate linen and bedding is available (please advise when booking).

And you'll be pleased to know that the owners had UK plumbing installed in all the bathrooms and loos - no more paper bins!
