VILLA PROSPERO ~ INDOOR LIVING

Entering the front door from the driveway, there is a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar which comprises a stainless steel sink and drainer with under work-top Siemens dishwasher (eight place settings), Cannon cooker (gas hob/electric ovens), microwave, Liebherr fridge/freezer and tiled splash backs.  It is fully equipped with all kitchen/dining paraphernalia, under wall-unit lights and hood with extractor fan. There is a circular pine dining table, accompanying chairs to seat eight and a high chair. This light and airy, open plan living area with its high ceiling provides a cool interior.

To the right of the front door, internal stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where, in addition to two bedrooms, there is an extra fridge for those in need of something cold to drink by the pool!  A utility room leads off the downstairs corridor with washing machine plus all laundry equipment, stainless steel sink and an extra loo.

Back upstairs, the lounge area has two large leather sofas and chairs, coffee table, occasional table and lamp, book shelves with books and games, working fireplace; wall lights and modern chandelier. DVD and CD player with I-pod docking station are provided, together with a large selection of DVDs and CDs. Two bedrooms lead off either side of the living area. Extra large french doors frame the most breathtaking views across the Ionian Sea to Corfu and beyond.
